How do I place an order?

To start your custom project, send us your request through our Contact Form.

You will receive a personalised quote within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Can I order just one item?

Yes — on OOOVATION.COM there is no minimum order.

You can order from just 1 unit for medals, pins, keychains and trophies.

How do I confirm my order?

Your order is confirmed once you:

  1. Approve and sign the quote
  2. Approve and sign the final proof (BAT)
  3. Complete the payment

Production begins only after these steps.

What information do you need for a quote?

Simply provide:

  • Quantities
  • Desired material (metal, wood, acrylic, 3D printed, etc.)
  • Your logo (HD recommended)
  • Event name + date
  • Preferred size
  • Deadline

The more details you provide, the faster we can create your offer.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Bank transfer (Our bank details are included on the quote)
  • Cheque (ALTITUDE 1753 – France)
Why is payment required upfront?

All OOOVATION products are fully personalised.
Therefore, 100% payment is required before production begins.

Graphic Design & Proofs

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes!
Every order includes FREE graphic design with:

  • 3D mockups
  • Medal or trophy previews
  • Ribbon design (if applicable)
What files should I upload for the design?

To build your custom design, please send :

  • HD logo (vector preferred: .ai / .svg / .eps / .pdf)
  • Fonts or font names
  • Text to include
  • Brand guidelines (optional)
  • Any reference style or theme
How do I validate my proof (BAT)?

Check:

  • dimensions
  • colours
  • spelling
  • fonts
  • layout
  • finish options

Then sign and return the BAT via email.
Production starts immediately upon approval.

Production varies from 3 to 16 weeks depending on:

  • quantity
  • material
  • design complexity

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — OOOVATION ships globally.

How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time:

  • Europe: 3–6 days
  • International: 5–10 days

Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Contact your project manager to organise multiple deliveries.

How are the awards packaged?

Our packaging is designed for maximum protection:

Returns & After-Sales

What if my order is incorrect?

If your product does not match the approved visual:

  1. Contact your OOOVATION project manager immediately
  2. Send photos of the issue
  3. We will resolve the situation quickly

Can I return custom products?

Since each product is personalised, returns are not possible except in cases of:

  • quality defect
  • incorrect product compared to the approved proof
